How we accept payment

Initial launch payment is by bank transfer

Place the order through https://novabiolabs.id, then use the official order-page WhatsApp link or hello@novabiolabs.io and quote the Order Reference. Payment details are provided only through that official flow or those authorised contact channels. Verify the Order Reference and recipient details before transferring.

How to spot a fake Nova Biolabs account

Scammers impersonate legitimate suppliers to steal money. They create lookalike profiles, use similar names, and contact people who have already expressed interest in research compounds. Here is what to look out for:

The account has a very low follower count or was recently created. Scammers spin up fake accounts quickly. Check the join date and look for an established history of posts.

They contacted you first via DM. We do not reach out to individual users to solicit orders. If an account claiming to be Nova Biolabs messages you unsolicited, it is a scam.

The payment request is not connected to a valid novabiolabs.id order. Official launch payments use bank transfer coordinated through the order-page WhatsApp link or hello@novabiolabs.io. Requests for an unrelated or unverified account, gift card, crypto payment or a mismatched Order Reference are warning signs.

The handle has slight variations or extra characters. Look for nova.biolabs, novabiolabs_, nov4biolabs, etc. Our only official handles are listed on this page, linked from this website.

They offer prices significantly below our published rates. "Too good to be true" pricing is a common lure. Check our official product prices at novabiolabs.id/products.html before trusting any offer.

They pressure you to act fast or in secret. Urgency tactics and requests to "keep it quiet" are red flags — we have no reason to operate this way.
