Nova Biolabs supplies research-grade peptides and compounds for in vitro scientific research. Our range includes GLP-1/GIP compounds (Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Semaglutide), growth hormone peptides (Tesamorelin, CJC-1295), metabolic compounds (MOTS-C, SS-31, NAD+), and accessories such as BAC Water.
Are these products safe to use?
Our products are strictly for in vitro research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. By purchasing you confirm you understand and accept this. Always follow appropriate laboratory safety protocols.
What purity standards do your products meet?
All Nova Biolabs products are research-grade. We source from reputable manufacturers with verifiable purity standards.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Add an in-stock product to your cart and place the order only at https://novabiolabs.id. After checkout, use the official order-page WhatsApp link or hello@novabiolabs.io and quote your Order Reference to receive bank-transfer instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
The initial Indonesia launch uses bank transfer. Payment details are provided only after a valid novabiolabs.id order through the official order-page WhatsApp link or hello@novabiolabs.io. Verify the Order Reference and recipient details before transferring. Opening WhatsApp does not mark an order as paid.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order value. You can order a single item if you wish.
Do you offer discounts?
Orders from Rp3.750.000 receive an automatic Rp500.000 discount. Orders from Rp2.500.000 receive free shipping within Indonesia.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
The active storefront is configured for delivery addresses in Indonesia.
How long does delivery take?
After payment is confirmed, the order moves to processing and then dispatched. Indonesia delivery is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch. Available courier and tracking details are sent with the dispatch update.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are sent in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no reference to Nova Biolabs, the product contents, or any related terminology on the outside of the parcel.
Returns & Contact
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of research products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
